Damon - 'The Informant'

Okay, the day I pack on the pounds for a movie role, well, okay, if they are paying me the amount Matt Damon is getting to do the movie 'The Informant', what the heck. I could be a fatty too.

Damon was asked to pack on 30 lbs for the goofy role. I personally liked the chiseled 'Bourne' roles he played, but hey, I'm not much into the fat thing...

Damon says he had "probably the funnest time" he's ever had working while filming 'The Informant!,' saying he loved not having to go to the gym after work. "I just ate everything I could see,"

The Oscar-winning actor-writer says it was "very, very easy to gain the weight," also continuing the "very" party by calling it "very, very fun."

'The Informant!' stars Damon in his latest collaboration with Steven Soderbergh. Damon plays a badly-mustachioed and glasses-sporting FBI informant.
