LeAnn Rimes House Shopping

How did LeAnn Rimes spend her Saturday in LA? Shopping for a new home. Now that it's official that she has split from her hubby Dean Sheremet, she is in need of a new place to call home. Will she be sharing this new pad with her new boyfriend Eddie Cibrian?

LeAnn's first stop today was at a two story contemporary, perfect for a young couple in love. It's in the hills of Beverly Hills, tucked away in a grove of mature trees. It is fairly open to the street but would be easy to gate.

Then it was on to something entirely different. LeAnn also looked at a sprawling ranch within a gated community in suburban Caabassas, and there are several other properties lined up for her to look over.

Guess we will have to wait and see where LeAnn decides to call home...

Mel's Girlfriend Shopping in LA

Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend, was seen out shopping at the grocery store today in LA. Wonder what she was buying? Could it be a meal for her boyfriend Mel for dinner? Could they be celebrating the end of her legal battle over a copyright infringement lawsuit she'd filed against Samuel Oriti.

Rumor has it, the two settled.

Jessica Simpson in Paris

Jessica Simpson was in Paris to tape an episode for her new upcoming reality series, 'The Price of Beauty'. During her visit she took some time to do some sight seeing.

The singer/actress plus her entourage and TV crew flew to France so that Simpson could walk the runway at a Paris fashion show. Turkish designer Ozlen Suer gave Simpson the nod for her Paris catwalk debut.

Jessica and her dad Joe Simpson are producing the show for VH1. It is expected to premiere in February.

Lindsay Lohan Takes 16 Year Old Sis to LA Clubs...

So last night, Lindsay Lohan decides to take her underage sister Ali into the LA Clubs.

Friday night, Lindsay and Sis were seen at Teddy's which was packed with star power.

Both Lindsay and Ali were dressed for attention, with Lindsay wearing a tight jumper and lots of makeup. Ali wore a vest as a shirt and booty shorts.

The sisters danced wildly and when they came off the dance floor Lindsay was chainsmoking inside the lounge, a definite no-no. But like a good big sis, Lindsay took Ali and introduced her to various promoters who were in the club.

Like noone in the club wondered what a 16 year old was doing in the club? Where was the club security? Hmmm, Guess in LA 16 is the new 21?

The highlight of the night for Lindsay and Ali was when they bumped into Segel All we know is the Lohan sisters freaked out they were so excited, and told Jason he's "awesome" among other complimentary terms. Jason seemed a little embarrassed by the encounter but was gracious. And the night didn't end there for Lindsay and Jason. They left Teddy's and partied at Adam Levine's until nearly 6 a.m. when they were then spotted at the Chateau Marmont, with Jason getting out of the car.

Could there be a spark? or is Lohan just a good gal to party with....?

Protests over Madonna & the Israeli Flag?

Madonna causing protests? Apparently during a recent show, Madonna drapped herself in the Israeli Flag which set off protests in Gaza and the West Bank.

Hania Bitar, Palestinian Youth Association for Leadership and Rights Activation director general, said Palestinians voiced their displeasure with the Madonna's actions during one of her concerts in Tel Aviv, Israel, this week, The Times of London reported Saturday.

The "Material Girl" singer had been handed the Israeli flag by an audience member at her show. So, what did she do? She wrapped it around herself. Why should that be an issue?

One attendee of the Tel Aviv shows said Madonna, 51, did not adjust her style of dress for the Israeli appearances, despite a prior request to do so from an unidentified Orthodox rabbi.
"She looked amazing, especially for her age -- but not really what I would consider an 'observant' Jewish woman's dress," concertgoer Rachel Homesh told The Times. "We didn't really think that she would show up all covered up. She wouldn't be able to dance. The most she wore was at the very end, when she put on a Jewish flag."
Again, If you don't like the way Madonna sings, dresses, or performs, then get over it. Don't watch her, don't listen to her, or don't say anything about her. GET OVER IT!!!

Tweed a rapist?

Who could forget British Reality TV Star Jade Goody. She touched all of our lives while we went through her illness which eventaully took her life.

Goody's husband, Jack Tweed, 22, has made an appearence in court. For what? Rape. Police in London have charged Tweed with Rape after a woman made a complaint. A court hearing which was held today, he was ordered to be detained until a further appearance on Sept 21st.

Tweed and Goody married in February, a month before her death at 27 from cervical cancer.

Weeks later Tweed was jailed for 12 weeks for attacking a cab driver. He has said he has struggled to cope with Goody's death. and has been mentally affected by the death.

Despite speaking readily to the press about his grief, Tweed admitted sleeping with model Lisa O'Connor just three months after Goody's death. He told the Daily Mirror at the time, "I didn't stay the night. I had started to sober up and left after it happened. I felt so guilty that I started crying when I went home."

I can't remember it at all. I'd had so much to drink and I'm a bloke and these things happen. It's all very blurry," he explained, and added that he was plagued by thoughts of Jade. "I think, 'What happens if she can see and she saw me doing that?' I know she told me to move on, but it's very soon."

So what will happen, guess we will have to wait till the 21st of September to find out. Tweed is not thinking clearly, and should think more about honoring his deceased wife, then poking with the wrong head.

Emma Watson - Dating Woes

The Harry Potter star who plays Hermoine, Emma Watson, says being the star of the Potter films has not helped her in the dating area of her life.

"There are no boyfriend-girlfriend relationships at all because we all work so hard," Watson told UK's Daily Express about her co-stars' off-set dating lives.

Watson admits the kissing scenes in the film made it impossible for her to ever think of her co-stars as more than just friends. "They're awful. For a start, you're in front of a room full of people and second, it's all so premeditated and technical," she added.

"There's not an opportunity to date. And Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint to me are like a pair of brothers," she said.

Like a brother or not, a romp in the sack with Daniel Radcliffe would not be off the table for me... xoxo

"Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it."

"Death is a beginning, not an ending. When mortals fear death, they are only holding on to their memories, all that is ever lost are past images that should be let go of. Take the Wizard's view and welcome all losses, for each one of them signals some new beginning. Just loosen your grasp and remember that whatever you hold onto is already dead, because it has passed. Die to every moment and you will discover the way to everlasting life."
- Merlin, from 'The Return of Merlin' by Deepak Chopra.

"We're asking you to trust in the Well-being. In optimism there is magic. In pessimism there is nothing. In positive expectation there is thrill and success. In pessimism or awareness of what is not wanted, there is nothing. What you're wanting to do is redefine your relationship with the Stream. We do not ask you to look at something that is black and call it white. We do not ask you to see something that is not as you want it to be and pretend that it is. What we ask you to do is practice moving your gaze. Practice changing your perspective. Practice talking to different people. Practice going to new places. Practice sifting through the data for the things that feel like you want to feel and using those things to cause you to feel a familiar place. In other words, we want you to feel familiar in your joy. Familiar in your positive expectation, familiar in your knowing that all is well, because this Universe will knock itself out giving you evidence of that Well-being once you find that place. We have enjoyed this interaction immensely. There is great love here for you."

Christian Slater to return to TV - For How Long? Who Knows?

Guess who's coming back to ABC? Christian Slater. Last season he stared in a drama series "My Own Worst Enemy", which I really enjoyed. But as usual, if I like a show, the network seems to cancel it after one season, which is very irritating.

Slater is best known for his work in the films "Heathers," "Pump Up the Volume," "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves," "Broken Arrow," "True Romance," "Untamed Heart" and "Bed of Roses."

Now he's set to star in "The Forgotten," producer Jerry Bruckheimer's first series for the network.

In the show, which debuts Sept. 22, Slater plays Alex Donovan, who leads "U.S. actor Christian Slater, who starred in last season's short-lived drama series "My Own Worst Enemy," is returning to television in a new show, ABC said.

"In the United States, the remains of over 40,000 people have yet to be identified. When police investigations reach a dead end, civilian volunteers across the country work to name the forgotten," ABC said in a news release. "After the police have exhausted all leads, a group of volunteers led by Alex Donovan must first solve the puzzle of the victim's identity in order to then help catch the killer."

Harry Potter Theme Park at Universal

Universal Studios in Orlando has promised a "first-ever glimpse" of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter later this month. The Potter Adventure will be in it's Islands of Adventure Park in Orlando, Florida.

The glimpse will come in the form of a Webcast on Sept. 15, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Reporters and bloggers have been getting invitations to the event. I've gotten mine and will sure to let you know all about the event as it unfolds.

Universal announced the Wizarding World in May 2007 and has released few details since. The "theme park within a theme park" is expected to include a 15-story Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

There will also be a Hogsmeade Village with shops selling chocolate frogs, butter beer and wands.

Presumably, visitors will pay in U.S. currency, not in the knuts, sickles and galleons of Harry Potter's world.

Stay Tuned... I will keep you posted.

Ex-Bunnymen musician killed

Borneo-born British musician Jake Brockman, known for his years with the rock band Echo and the Bunnymen, was killed in a motorbike crash on the Isle of Man.

Brockman, a Bristol resident who also had been part of the dance band BOM, worked as a sound recordist for the BBC's natural history unit on several projects, the British broadcaster said.

The 53-year-old former keyboard player for the Bunnymen sustained fatal injuries when his bike collided with a converted ambulance near Kirk Michael Tuesday, the BBC reported. Police said the wreck was under investigation.

Coincidentally, the band's first drummer, Pete De Freitas, was killed in a similar crash in 1989.
"Jake was always a classic bike enthusiast. He loved sailing though he was invariably seasick," his family and wife Sally Mundy said in a statement. "Music was central to Jake's life."

Ritchie bringing 'Lobo' to the big screen

British filmmaker Guy Ritchie is to follow up his movie "Sherlock Holmes" with a big-screen adaptation of the comic book, "Lobo," Variety reported.

Production on the film about an alien interstellar bounty hunter is slated to begin early next year, the entertainment industry trade newspaper said.

Ritchie, who is perhaps best known as pop star Madonna's ex-husband, previously directed "RocknRolla," "Snatch" and "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels."

Justin Timberlake - Part of Cast? 'The Social Network'

Words on the street is Justin Timberlake is one of the actors set to star in the upcoming Facebook movie, "The Social Network".

Carson Reeves of ScriptShadow has brought up the possibility through his Facebook page, writing that the Grammy-winning singer will take the role of Sean Parker.

Reeves didn't only point out on Timberlake's casting rumor, but also on the potential cast for two other major characters. "Getting word that The Social Network cast is set," so his post opened.

"And, probably to no one's surprise, Jesse Eisenberg will play Mark Zuckerberg. A bit more of a surprise: Justin Timberlake will play Sean Parker. Wow. Finally, Andrew Garfield will play the part of Eduardo."

Providing support to this rumor, The Playlist insisted that those three actors are indeed in consideration.
"A good inside source who's been poking us on this Facebook project lately says that yes," it claimed, "all those actors are under consideration and were all present for a table read with [David] Fincher and casting person Laray Mayfield..."
Despite the statement, The Playlist continued to explain that at the moment "none are set in stone". It further mentioned that one of the actors considered "wasn't exactly loved" by the director of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button".
"The Social Network" is a movie about the founders of the popular social networking site Facebook. Written by "Charlie Wilson's War" scribe Aaron Sorkin, it centers on the drama behind the Harvard dorm room creation of the popular social networking site by Mark Zuckerberg and his roommates.

Filming 'Ugly Betty' Scenes

Michael Urie and Becki Newton of "Ugly Betty" have been spotted filming their part at New York City's Greenwich Village. Their characters, Marc and Amanda respectively, line-up for coffee before sitting down for a chat.
Not much is known about the third season except that a new editor is coming to Mode and that she will be Asian. No actress has been revealed to fill this position yet. Meanwhile, Kristen Johnston will come aboard the show as an office temp named Helen whom she describes as "Amanda in 10 years" because she wears tight dresses and tries to get into the right clubs.
"Ugly Betty" is one of the shows which premiere quite late on ABC. It will take over the screen in October starting with two-hour season premiere on date 9. Rumor has it, there has been a budget cut in the wardrobe department due to recession. "With the economic situation what it is, we scaled down in terms of the type of clothing that we're getting," Vanessa Williams spilled recently, adding that they may recycle some clothes from past scenes.
Can't wait for the new Season to start... Gotta have my Betty fix.

Reeves - DNA Paternity Test

A Canadian woman has filed a claim in a Toronto court in May alleging the Keanu Reeves fathered her children.

In her claim filed, Karen Sala, 46, acting as her own lawyer, alleged that Reeves, 44, is the father of at least one of her four children - she could not say which. The children, all in their early 20s, are going to post-secondary schools.

Sala asked for the DNA test along with child support of $150,000 per month, retroactive from June 1988, as well as $3 million per month in spousal support retroactive from November 2006.

Reeves, who lived in Toronto with his mother until he moved to Hollywood in the late '80s, denies even knowing Sala.

Sala says she has known Reeves since she was 9 years old and he was 7. As a teenager she fled home and briefly lived with his family.

Transformers Star's Budding Romance

Does Actor Shia LaBeouf has a budding romance with Carey Mulligan?

The Transformers star, 23, has been spotted cuddling and kissing British actress Carey, 24, in New York.
The pair have been busy in the Big Apple filming Oliver Stone's Wall Street sequel, Money Never Sleeps, together.
An onlooker said: "They seemed very, very happy. They were talking, laughing and smiling and seemed very close."
Good for them, I hope all goes well. Nothing like a little romance and love to make the life just a little bit brighter.

Who will be Kevin Jonas' Best Man?

Kevin Jonas has decided who will be the best man at his wedding this winter, and Jonas Brothers fans are going to love his choice!

Its not Joe, and it is not Nick, and Frankie, after all, is still a kid. So why will JoBro fans still love Kevin's choice? Because he has wants both Joe and Kevin to be his best men!

"They both are [my best man]," Kevin said in a radio interview with Canada's Hot 89.9FM Radio during a tour stop in Ottawa.

"[Deleasa] actually has two sisters, kind of the same age as well. It works out really well because there are two maids of honor and two best men."

The Jonas Brothers' parents, Kevin Sr. and Denise Jonas, announced the engagement of their eldest son on July 1 with a post on the Jonas Brothers' MySpace page.

Late in August, Nick revealed that Kevin, 21, is likely to marry fiancé Danielle Deleasa, 22, this winter.

"They have not set a date yet, but I think that it'll be sometime around the end of the year, beginning of the year — something like that," Nick, 16, told ABC News radio

Best of Luck to the Happy Couple... xoxo

Lady GaGa's vagina is offended?

There have been many recent rumors that Lady Gaga is a hermaphrodite. These rumors have inspired some grating eloquence from the singer, songwriter and musician.

Responding to the rumors, the 23-year-old told an Australian radio station Nova 106.9:

"My beautiful vagina is very offended. I'm not offended; my vagina is offended. I'm not embarrassed—I sold 4 million records in 6 months; I'm not embarrassed about anything. I think more than anything, it's society's reaction to a strong woman. The idea that we equate strength with men and a penis is a symbol of male strength, you know, it's just what it is. But like I said, I'm not offended at all, but my vagina might be a little bit upset."
Rumors that the singer is over endowed are based on an unsubstantiated quote, and a long shot photo that makes too much of her mons pubis.
Hello people, have you seen some of the shot's of Ms. Gaga? If she had a penis, we would know. There are plenty of photographs of her female regions that defintely show she does not have a Mr Winkie...
Lady Gaga has taken the music seen by storm with her outrageous outfits and her excellent vocals. I personally LOVE Lady Gaga! Penis or not...

I am personally offended as well that people have nothing better to do then to discuss Lady Gaga's female parts. People. Get a life, donate some money to a good charity. Blog or write articles about the lousy health care we receive, the lack of work for middle america, and the state of the economy. Leave Gaga's Vagina alone.... xoxo

King of Pop - Laid to Rest

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, was finally laid to rest in a private burial ceremony on Thursday evening, 70 days after his death. The Jackson family arrived 90 minutes late to the service at Forest Lawn Glendale. Among the high-profile guests attending the private service were Elizabeth Taylor, Stevie Wonder, Al Sharpton and many other friends of Jackson and his family. A media camera feed was allowed inside in the hours before the ceremony, but cut off once Jackson's body arrived, leaving little to no information as to what happened during the service.

A police escort ushered the Jackson family motorcade of 31 cars, including Rolls-Royces and Cadillacs, to the solemn event. The planned start of the service came and went as the crowd of about 200 awaited the arrival of Jackson's parents Joe and Katherine and the singer's children. The motorcade from their Encino compound departed more than a half-hour after the funeral was to begin.

At the funeral service, a large, inflated production light, the type used in film and television production, and a boom camera hung over the seating area placed in front of the grand marble mausoleum. The equipment raised the possibility the footage would be used for the Jackson documentary "This Is It."

A family spokesman later revealed some details about the memorial itself.

The service began when Jackson's three children -- Prince, Paris and Blanket -- placed a crown on their dad's coffin. Gladys Knight performed 'His Eye Is on the Sparrow' and directed guests to sing the Lord's prayer together. Speakers included the Rev. Al Sharpton and Jackson's father, Joseph.

The pallbearers were Jackson's five brothers -- Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Randy -- who wore sequin gloves on their left hands as they carried the coffin to his crypt.

Among the other celebrities to attend the service:

- Barry Bonds

- Macaulay Culkin

- Mila Kunis

- Chris Tucker

- Gladys Knight

- Kenny Ortega (choreographer)

- Corey Feldman

- Lisa Marie Presley

The Reverend Al Sharpton took to Twitter from his cell phone before the ceremony started. He texted of mingling with Jackson lawyer Tom Mesereau, who represented Jackson in his child molestation case. A peek at Sharpton's words from inside the ceremony, taken from http://twitter.com/TheRevAl.

Do you think what Rev Sharpton did was appropriate? I don't... Your thoughts?

Other Hollywood legends are also buried in the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn, including Clark Gable, Jean Harlow and W.C. Fields are buried.

May the Jackson Family finally have the peace of mind that Michael has been laid to rest. The battle over the estate and the pending homicide charges will continue to remind the family of the tragic loss. My heart goes out to all of them.

Russell Crowe Challenges Writer to a Duel

As we all have seen, Russell Crowe had backed on some pounds, but recently had been looking a little thinner.

An Australian newspaper mocked Russell Crowe for smoking and shoveling down a fatty meal during a recent bike ride, so the notoriously salty actor set out to prove he is still in gladiator shape - by challenging the paper's gossip columnist to a duel by bicycle.

Crowe was apparently none too pleased by a column published in Sydney's The Daily Telegraph on Tuesday entitled "Smokes and fatty foods the fitness regime for Rusty."

The paper mocked Crowe after he was photographed pausing during a recent bike ride with his personal trainer to puff on a cigarette and chow down on three tacos and a soft drink.

In a story published Friday, the paper said Crowe's spokesman called up gossip columnist Annette Sharp the next day and said, "Get on your bike. Russell wants you to go riding with him. Are you ready to die?"

Sharp accepted the challenge and the pair met a dawn for a 12-mile (20-kilometer) ride through the city. Video of the race shows Sharp struggling to keep up while Crowe zooms along unfazed. At one point, Sharp fell off her bike.

Still, Crowe gave Sharp some credit, telling her she was a better biker than Australian director Baz Luhrmann. "You're twice the man Baz is," he said.

Crowe's manager Grant Vandenberg had no comment. "I think everything's been said in the paper," he said.

I tried to find the video of the bike race, but was unable to secure it. I am sure Annette Sharp is feeling pretty stupid right now.

Chris Brown's insults Oprah - Smart or Stupid?

Just days after Chris Brown appeared on 'Larry King Live' to address his felony assault of singer Rihanna, he's now speaking out against Oprah Winfrey's domestic violence episode.

In a new issue of PEOPLE, Brown says the show, which Winfrey "dedicated to all the Rihanna's of the world," was a "slap in the face," though the singer admits he's ready for therapy.

...was speaking out against Oprah a bad career move? Duh? Is he an idiot. She is one of the most influential woman in media....

One source, who has direct connections to Brown's endorsement opportunities said, "He's done."

"Whatever goodwill he had, he's totally ruined it by saying that. What was he thinking? And who the hell goes up against Oprah? It just shows he doesn't think. No one is going to want him as the face of their brand," he should just pack it up and hid somewhere...

Brown argues that he, "did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, 'OK, I'm going to help both of these people out,'" he added.

For now, Oprah's only comment comes from her rep."Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school, but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs."

According to Brown, that's exactly his plan. "I want to understand my feelings," Brown tells PEOPLE. "I want to find out what really transpired as far as me that night. Sometimes when you're young you don't know how to express [your emotions], so I think it actually would be helpful to talk to a counselor or to somebody who has an expertise in what those [feelings] are."

The singer adds, "I wanted to take the counseling upon myself and ... just talk to someone. I just need to talk to someone. I wanted to understand the problem at hand."

Brown still doesn't believe he has a problem controlling his anger, but he accepts he might be proven wrong in therapy. "If I do, I will work with my counselor and hopefully channel my anger into something like dancing," he says. "I don't think I would get that mad again. I want to be a man, so I have to be more responsible .... I'd rather walk away."

Woman Goes Under Knife to Win Simon's 'X-Factor' Love - Crazy?

This has got to be the craziest thing I have heard about in awhile. Lining up and camping out to audition for a reality show is crazy enough, but a motivated British woman did exactly what Simon Cowell told her to do at the 'X-Factor' audition.

Five years ago, Cowell bluntly told the then-18-year-old Katrina Lee that he wished he could take her voice and put it in someone else's body. Lee, now 23, took that to heart, and has done quite a bit to change what's on the outside by undergoing various surgeries (facial, lipo) and hygiene procedures.
Speaking with Britain's The Sun (via Daily Mail), Lee says in the run-up to this year's 'X-Factor' auditions in Glasgow, she had facial laser surgery, liposuction, dental work, exercised feverishly and even dyed her hair a bright red to stand out.

"What happened to me the last time nearly tipped me over the edge, it was terrible," Lee said of Cowell's comments to her years ago. "I came face-to -face with Simon Cowell and told him that his comments had nearly wrecked my life."

According to Lee, Cowell "seemed really shocked" about telling her years ago that: "I just wish I could put your voice in a nother body." She says Cowell now admits "'That's not a nice thing I said.'"

Lee says now that she's "come back a new person," Cowell told her that she "was a good-looking girl."

"I went through so much after his comments the last time. I was 18 and they really hit me hard. Now I'm delighted. It's been through a lot, including facial surgery. I've gone to every extreme to get to this point," Lee said.

It seems to have worked. Lee belted out Sinead O'Connor's 'Nothing Compares 2 U' at the auditions, and she was quickly sent on to further rounds.

"This year Cheryl Cole said my audition was fantastic and I'm really pleased I've come this far," Lee said.

The crazy things people do for attention or stardom....

Ashlee Simpson on Late Night

Ashlee Simpson made an appearance Thursday night's on 'Late Night With Jimmy Fallon,' discussing the revival of 'Melrose Place' Ashlee appeared to be a ditz that led some to wonder if was Ashlee was in good spirits - or on good spirits.

Watch the video and let us know if you think Mrs. Pete Wentz was just having fun or a few too many pre-show refreshments.

For comparison, check out Ashlee's 'Today' show appearance earlier the same day, when the singer/actress seems a bit more reserved. Watch

Ashlee will appear this fall in the sequel to the vintage '90s primetime soap opera. 'Melrose Place' premieres September 8 on the CW. Ashlee is joining the all-new cast as the character Violet Foster.

Let me know your thoughts? I am thinking she was having a good time in the Green Room....

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo: Back Together?

Are Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo rekindling their romance.

Life & Style spotted the cute couple at McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon in NYC on Wednesday night.

"They seemed very laid back and were very friendly to the staff and fellow patrons," an eyewitness tells the mag. The two left together at 9 PM, calling it an early night.

The couple of three years called it quits back in June, after months of breakup rumors.

So, what do you think? Should they, will they... I guess only time will tell. Leave your comments if you like?

Rihanna Misses Brown - Is she crazy?

Rihanna is having trouble letting go of Chris Brown.

Rihanna is not happy with Brown's sentencing that restricts him from seeing her for the next five years to include keeping 100 yards if they are attending the same event. Rihanna wants to remain friends with her ex!

"Though Rihanna does not object to the sentence, she did feel it was unnecessary to have the restraining order in place for five years,” Rihanna’s attorney, Donald Etra stated.

Rihanna wants a less severe sentence for Chris. "She really doesn’t see the necessity of keeping an entire football-field length between them,” a friend says. “She’s forgiven him. And he is remorseful.”

While the gorgeous singer has done her best to put on a smile for the public, she's still very much in love with Chris. Her friend explains, “She gets missing Chris and the s**t starts all over. A kiss and a slap, a kiss and a slap. Right now, she’s feeling strong. But she’s switched gears in the past and taken him back.”

Rihanna, take some advise from me. You do not want to go back. Once a beater always a beater. You may think you love him, but love does not include slapping or beating!!

Talking with Blake Lewis

Blake Lewis took us by storm on 'American Idol'. He had a beat of his own and the looks to go with it.

The winner of 'American Idol" are not the only one's who have a successful career after the show. Some of its biggest stars, like Clay Aiken and Chris Daughtry, didn't leave the show with top honors yet are having a successful career.

Season six runner-up Blake Lewis is poised to join the ranks of superstar 'Idol' alum with his sophomore effort 'Heartbreak on Vinyl,' and PopEater had the honor of debuting behind-the-scenes footage of Lewis and famed producer Dave Aude.

PopEater spoke to Lewis exclusively about the recording process, the video for his new single 'Sad Song,' and his thoughts on Ryan Seacrest's salary.

Here is the interview from PopEater:

On working with Aude: "Aude is a pro. He and I worked on two songs for my album, 'Love Or Torture' and 'The Remedy.' Both of them are very melodic and Dave has a great ear for chord structure and arranging. We've been friends for a couple years now and had been wanting to work together for a while. These songs were the perfect pairing for us to be creative in the studio together."

On the upcoming video for his first single: "It's very film noir, with a lot of things pulled from the '80s - like that Maxell shot with the tie going back, in the chair. Stuff like that. Very classic, in a 'Chinatown' meets 'Dick Tracy' way with neon signs. My leading lady, Casey Carlson, was on 'American Idol' this last year. The song [Sad Song] is an anthemic breakup song, an anthem for the heartbroken."

On Paula Abdul's departure from 'Idol': "I call her The Sweetness. She's a sweetheart. She really cares about the contestants and actually cares about the show. I think it's dumb - they should all get paid the same. Ryan Seacrest getting paid so much for that show is kind of ridiculous."

On being famous for beatboxing: "It's great. I was very fortunate to be on this huge television show that allowed me to expose people to an art form that has been not really relevant in the United States. I mean, it's very relevant in Eastern Europe and Western Europe especially - it's huge over there, it's a respected art form. I didn't really beatbox that much [on 'American Idol']. I think it was the arrangements that people fell in love with. I threw in some beatboxing and that kinda took it over the top."

"They didn't really focus on me producing everything - they did a couple times, but I arranged my own music. I've been producing for year. With this record, people will actually get to see the true light, and there's some beatboxing on it."

On someday returning to 'Idol': "I would love to go and do arrangements with everyone. I'd love to produce there one day. That's how I looked at it when I was on the show. I was producing my own show. I didn't think of it as - I was on 'American Idol'. I thought of it as the Blake Lewis Show every week. I do everything out of the box, so I tried to make it my own. I'd love to come back and help all the contestants do the same thing for them. A lot of those producers are like, "You should sing this song!" And then [the contestant] will get voted off for singing that song they didn't want to sing in the first place. That's really stupid."

"I think it's the best experience I'll never get to have again, unless they invite me back."

'Idol' Contestant To Wed Boyfriend - Congrats!!

'American Idol' contestant Jim Verraros will be tying the knot with his boyfriend of four years, Bill Brennan, this coming Saturday in Oak Brook, IL.

Although same-sex marriage is not legalized in Illinois, Verraros writes on the couple's Web site, "This wedding is a culmination of our lives so far, and our lives from this point onward. It is so imperative to the both of us that our friends and family see just how in love we are, and how happy we are to share it with everyone."

"People ask me how I knew that Bill was the one, and I always say the same thing: 'I just knew. When you KNOW, you know,'" Verraros wrote.

The two met through MySpace after Brennan messaged Verraros, who had just finished his stint on season one of 'Idol'. "I had about 25 friends and Jim had about 10,000! I can tell you that when I sent a message to Jim's MySpace account, I thought based on his First Season of American Idol fame and the fact that he was an actor and recording artist, that I would never get a response," Brennan wrote.

Congrat's to the two of you. I wish you both the best of luck and many happy years!

Michael Jackson 'Got What He Wanted'

Jack Kevorkian, famously dubbed "Doctor Death" for assisting in the suicides of more than 100 terminally ill people, has shared words of support for Michael Jackson's doctor. Conrad Murray is now the sole focus of the investigation into Jackson's death, but Dr. Kevorkian disagrees with the conclusion that a homicide was the cause.

"I don't think he was malicious," Kevorkian, 81, told FOXNews. "Murder is defined as miles of forethought... Did the doctor have forethought? I doubt it."

Lethal doses of the powerful anesthetic propofol caused the death of Michael Jackson, according to the Los Angeles coroner's report. Murray said the King of Pop was suffering from insomnia, and that he had been giving Jackson 50 milligrams of propofol nightly.

"Maybe Jackson craved these things so much he pestered the doctor until he got it," Kevorkian said. "The patient got what he wanted. He is the one who said yes or no to take a drug."

What kind of doctor would intentionally give a patient drugs that could possibly kill them. And to say he got what he deserved its just plain ignorant.

In 1999, Kevorkian was charged with first-degree homicide and the delivery of a controlled substance for assisting in the the euthanasia of a patient in the final stages of a terminal illness. He was paroled in 2007, but has abstained from involvement in assisted suicide. The doctor has spent his time since parole lecturing and attempting to persuade states to decriminalize voluntary euthanasia.

Christian Poveda - Shot and Killed in El Salvador

French-Spanish documentary director and photo journalist Christian Poveda has been shot and killed in El Salvador, police said.

Poveda, 52, is best known for his 2008 film festival favorite, "La Vida Loca," which was about street gangs in the Central American country.

Police told the BBC Poveda's body was found in a car north of the capital, San Salvador.

The British broadcaster quoted Salvadorean President Mauricio Funes as saying he was shocked by Poveda's death.

Police are investigating the circumstances of how he died and who killed him.

Media reports from the region claim Poveda witnessed seven homicides while working on "La Vida Loca."

Demi vs. Perez on Twitter... Black eye?

Demi Moore and Perez Hilton decided to get into a Twitter battle today. Yesterday it was Seacrest vs. Hilton, today it's Moore vs Hilton.

Three week's ago, Hilton made a comment concerning the attire that Demi's daughter Tallulah Willis was wearing.

"Tallulah Willis, 15, dressing like a slut! Look at her boobs! http://bit.ly/TzOex Demi, Ashton and Bruce are GREAT parents!"

Perez seems to say some awful stuff about famous people's children. However bad this makes us look as a society, that's what he does.

If anyone gives him even the smallest bit of attention, he runs with it. So it's usually best not to engage him. Ever. He is a 'Queen' after all, and you know how those gay 'Queens' can be...

Demi must not have known this when she randomly started twittering today:

• "Clearly Perez Hilton isn't taking violating child pornography laws very seriously. He might not but there are alot of people who do!"

• "Anyone who advertises follows or supports Perez supports violating child pornography laws!"

And just like that, Perez is engaged and begins rapidly twittering back.

• "Expect another letter from my attorney, kitten. Xoxo"

• "P.S. Bring it on, bitch!"

• "And THIS is what senile Demi is referring to http://bit.ly/TzOex A photo I linked to on my Twitter a couple of weeks ago."

• "That fine, upstanding, wholesome young lady is her 15 year old. daughter Tallulah, http://bit.ly/TzOex

• "And thanks for drawing MORE attention to your daughter's behavior and your parenting skills (or lack thereof). U r real smart!"

• "Should I sue Demi Moore?"

• "Still waiting for you to retract your incorrect, libelous and defamatory statements"

• "Look at her Tweets. SHE is the one breaking the law with her libelous, defamatory, inaccurate and stupid allegations."

Demi at least doesn't engage him too much more, but she does keep the topic of conversation going with her followers and eventually reaches these closing remarks: "This is not a game . Children should not be exploited. They must be protected."

And for now, Perez ends with: "Ur daughter has been an actress in Bruce's films. You 2 have been exploiting Tallulah for quite some time."

I'm wondering who the bigger child was today, it would seem there ought to be a way to try to do something about Perez's remarks in private or at least some other forum where adults usually solve their problems.
You know, somewhere they can use more than 140 characters to get their point across and don't have millions of anonymous followers weighing in with their opinion. How about a telephone, an email, or how about letting it go??? Hmmm, a novel idea.
GROW UP, BOTH OF YOU! Borderline Douchebags.... I can't give too many Douchebag of the week awards or it will not be that impactful.
Well, here we go, Hilary Duff has joined the cast of Gossip Girl as movie star Olivia Burke for the Oct 5th episode titled "Dan de Fleurette".

Duff's character is assigned to be Vanessa's (Jessica Szohr) roommate at NYU and through Vanessa, Olivia gets to know Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley). Olivia becomes attracted to Dan, and vica versa. Of course, there's a twist: Dan is so tuned out to pop culture that he doesn't realize the girl he's falling for is a huge movie star famous for her role in a Twilight-esque series of vampire movies.

Still, the two college kids manage to make their odd-couple pairing work, and cuteness ensues. So, will Duff be a good match for Badgley? Will it work out for 'Lonely Boy'?

Reality Show's Fixed?

Is 'America's Got Talent' fixed? Just ask contestant Arcadian Broad.

After his semifinal performance last night, Broad accused the 'Talent' producers of forcing him to do a 'High School Musical'-esque dance routine -- a routine that failed to impress judge Piers Morgan. "Are you good enough to get to the final?" Piers asked. "The answer would be no."

Broad tried to explain himself -- "I didn't have this planned. I didn't want to do 'High School Musical,' and the producers gave me this hand," he said -- but was quickly cut off by both Piers and fellow judge Sharon Osbourne. "It's not about what you did tonight. It's purely about your technical ability as a dancer," Piers said. Even host Nick Cannon jumped in to say each contestant ultimately has a final say in what they perform.

The issue of how big a role producers play in the outcome of reality competitions is one that has plagued many, most notably 'American Idol.' In the past, 'Idol' producers have been accused of using a number of manipulative tactics to influence results (among them the "pimp slot," the night's final performance, where popular contestants like David Archuleta and Adam Lambert are often featured).

But for 'Talent' -- a show that continually asks its contestants to "up their game" -- Broad's accusations are especially troublesome, given the season 4 finale is just two weeks away. Assuming what he said is true, it's possible the producers may have been trying to pull a few strings of their own.

Which leads us to ask: Whose side of the story do you believe? Do you think the 'Talent' contestants have free will? Or are the producers really calling the shots?

I personally think they are all fixed. All of the reality TV producers decide who is to win, and then ensure that it happens. How do we know that it is not fixed? Guess we will never know will we?

TV Guide will Cover Michael Jackson's Burial

TV Guiden Network says it intends to telecast live special coverage of pop star Michael Jackson's private funeral and burial services in Glendale, Calif.

The rites will be performed Thursday evening at 7pm, more than two months after Jackson died in Los Angeles at the age of 50. His death was declared a homicide after lethal levels of the anesthesia propofol were found in his system and his personal physician is under investigation for administering the drug and others to him.

The network said it will telecast live coverage of Jackson's funeral and burial at the Forest Lawn Cemetery at 9 p.m. ET/ 6 p.m. PT.

"Hollywood 411" hosts Chris Harrison and Madison Michele are to anchor coverage from the network's studio in Hollywood, with correspondents reporting live from the cemetery.

The family will finally be able to put this chapter in their life behind them... Hugs and Kisses to Michael, Paris, and Blanket.

Revival of "Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes."

The Signature Theatre Company said Wednesday it plans to stage the first New York revival of "Angels in America: A Gay Fantasia on National Themes."

The new version of Tony Kushner's Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning work is to run during the theater's 20th anniversary season in 2010-2011.

The production will be directed by Michael Greif with "Part One: Millennium Approaches" and "Part Two: Perestroika" presented in repertory.

Signature's Tony Kushner season will include two more works to be announced, the theater said.

"I'm very excited about my Signature season and, of course, I'm very honored to have been chosen," Kushner said in a statement. "I've spent some of my best nights watching the work Jim Houghton and Signature Theatre Company has produced. It seemed to Jim and me that this is a good moment to bring 'Angels' back to New York, and I'm delighted that Michael Greif has agreed to direct it."

Kushner called Greif "a serious, generous, incredibly smart and superbly talented artist; I love his passionate commitment to actors, to plays, to the theater."

Gladys Knight to perform at MJ's Burial

Gladys Knight's publicist has confirmed the recording artist is to sing at Michael Jackson's burial in Glendale, Calif.

Knight's representative told TMZ she will perform at Thursday evening's private service for Jackson at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

People.com said Aretha Franklin is also set to sing at the burial, while longtime Jackson friend Diana Ross is expected to attend.

Jackson reportedly will be interred in the cemetery's Grand Mausoleum where the remains of Hollywood icons Clark Gable, Carole Lombard, Jean Harlow and Red Skelton are entombed. The building is not open to the general public.

Jackson's mother, Katherine, requested at a hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday that the singer's estate pay the expenses of the burial, including security. People.com said a judge signed off on the request, but left it up to the estate administrators to honor it.

Colin Firth Lifts Up Ben Barnes' Spirit in New 'Dorian Gray' Clip

Watch the official Trailer:

"Dorian Gray" is less than a week away from its theatrical release in the U.K., and a brand new clip from the horror thriller has been found. The clip features two of the leading men, Colin Firth's Lord Henry Wotton and Ben Barnes' Dorian Gray, and focuses on the scene wherein Wotton shows Gray that there are plenty of fish in the sea.

Dorian Gray is a wealthy but naive and irresistible young man. When he agreed to have his portrait painted by Basil Hallward, he wishes that he could remain as beautiful, youthful, and alluring as the man he sees in the portrait. Little does he know, his wish will come true. Befriending the decadent Lord Henry Wotton, he soon falls into a life of depravity and self-indulgence.

As he is plunged deeper into debauched acts, he discovers that the face in the painting is aging grotesquely, but he remains young and beautiful. However, the painting serves as a reminder of the effect each act has upon his soul and gradually reveals his inner ugliness to all.

Adapted from Oscar Wilde's 1891 novel "The Picture of Dorian Gray", "Dorian Gray" comes from Ealing Studios under the direction of Oliver Parker, the helmer of "St. Trinian's". It was shot in summer 2008 at Ealing Studios and locations across London. While a U.S. release date for this film is yet to be set, September 9 will be its theatrical release date in the United Kingdom.

Watch the  Clip:
Thanks to the leak of the sex tape, I am sure Eric Dane is feeling the regret of making that video. There are reports that McSteamy is adding some new scandals to his long list of No No's. PUBLIC DRUG USE!

Witnesses recall seeing Eric and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, allegedly snorting cocaine at a Hollywood party a few years back. The source suggests that it was Rebecca, not Eric, who was most eager for the white stuff: "I think Eric and Rebecca were there to get high. It didn't take long before she asked where the coke was. They went into another room and started snorting lines of cocaine. I watched them do it."

I wonder how soon till we see photo's or a video of this great moment in their lives... only time will tell.

Jackson - 'The Tribute'

Interest in tickets to the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert in Vienna is "immense," organizers said Wednesday.

"The Tribute: In Memory of Michael Jackson" is set to take place Sept. 26 in front of Schoenbrunn Palace.

The late pop icon's brother Jermaine, who is co-producing the concert, is scheduled to hold a press conference Tuesday at Vienna City Hall to announce details about the show, including who will perform in it.

"The interest for 'The Tribute' around the world is immense," a news release about the concert said. "The Internet server-cluster of World Awards Media -- programmed to deal with 1 million hits -- was overwhelmed at the initial start of ticket sales and was down for 28 minutes due to the demand. Ticket sales, as previously announced, will be in stages in order to prevent ticket scalping. The entire first ticket contingent for 'The Tribute,' this means half of all available tickets, has already been sold."

The second wave of tickets went on sale Tuesday.

"We expect the first categories to be sold out very quickly," said Andreas Egger -- managing director of "oeticket," which is coordinating the worldwide ticket sales for the concert.

Organizers of the event did not say how many tickets total would be made available to the public.

Donald Trump a Cheater?

So how much of the glitz and glamour of the Miss Universe pageant is real? Not much, says Michael Schwandt, a choreographer of the last four pageants. In a recent interview, he scrutinized the competition and revealed Donald Trump is allegedly fixing the competitions. According to Schwandt, Trump decides who will make it to the final six -- after a private meeting with all the women.

"At all the shows, he pops in the day before the telecast ,and we line up all the girls in alphabetical order... he basically walks by and has an assistant that takes notes. And it's just kind of common knowledge that he picks six of the top 15 single-handedly," Schwandt told Guanabee.com (via Defamer.)

"It's kind of a surreal experience, actually. We all just kind of try to sit there... and everyone's trying to make it go smoothly. It's kind of the last thing anybody wants to do but we have to do it," he added.

"The other nine are judged in a preliminary show the week before and picked by those judges, but he picks six of the top fifteen," Schwandt said.
In the official Miss Universe rules, they fail to note the private judging round and its impact on the race.

Apparently, Trump didn't like how others judged the women in previous competitions, so he took matters into his own hands.

"His reason for doing so, as he told me and he's told the girls before, is that he left it all up to preliminary judging in the past and some of the most beautiful women, in his opinion, were not in the top fifteen and he was kind of upset about that. And he decided that he would pick a certain number and let the judges pick a certain number," Schwandt said.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm not even going to say what's on my mind about this story... I'll let the authorities look into this...

Site Revels in 'Breathtaking' Response to Jackson Hoax Video

A hoax video purportedly showing Michael Jackson emerging from a coroner's van was an experiment aimed at showing how quickly misinformation and conspiracy theories can race across the Internet, German broadcaster RTL said Tuesday. The video was posted on YouTube for a single day a week ago and received 880,000 hits.

"We wanted to show how easily users can be manipulated on the Internet with hoax videos," spokeswoman Heike Schultz of Cologne-based RTL told The Associated Press. "Therefore, we created this video of Michael Jackson being alive, even though everybody knows by now that he is dead - and the response was breathtaking." Haven't seen it?

The video - posted under an "anonymous source" - shows a coroner's van entering what seems like a parking garage and the King of Pop getting out of the back with another person. The lighting is bad, the sound muffled and the footage appears amateurish.

"Unfortunately, many people believed it was true," Schultz said. "Even though we tried to create the video in a way that every normal user can see right away that it is a fake."

She said the video was shot near Cologne - "definitely not in the U.S." The van in the video had the word "CORONER" printed in English, suggesting it had been recorded in America.

RTL admitted to the hoax in an Aug. 26 report on its daily news show Explosiv.

Hoaxes and rumors commonly spread like wildfire on the Internet. Videos of flying saucers and impossible stunts routinely are among the most-viewed on video-sharing sites, though purported evidence of the deceased being alive is less common than false rumors of someone's death.

The RTL spokeswoman said some Jackson fans were upset by the German broadcaster's actions.

"We didn't want to dishonor Michael Jackson, but we needed a strong name to get this experiment going," Schultz said. "Had we used Britney Spears, then the fans of Britney would have complained."
Ah, idiots, we are not test subjects... I stand by my BOYCOTT of RTL and the magazine!
