A&E Channel announces new reality show
A new reality TV series is coming our way according to the A&E channel. Who will is be starring? Well, you'll never guess. The Jackson Brothers.
The New York Times said A&E has confirmed it ordered the show, but added it is still working out the details with the program's production company, Point 7 Entertainment.
No details have been given to the format or when it will air. According to the Times, the series idea has grown out of the one-hour special about the brothers that A&E had planned prior to Jackson's untimely death
The channel reportedly started taping footage last January of Jermaine, Jackie, Marlon, Randy and Tito Jackson as they prepared for a possible musical reunion.
Executive producer Jodi Gomes said Tuesday the expanded series would focus on the Jackson's "as they reunite as brothers, obviously, underneath a cloud of tragedy."
"To anybody that says the family is capitalizing on Michael's death, it will be evident in the first episode that that's not true," Gomes said, noting most of Michael's kin have not talked about him publicly since he died.
WHAT? Are you kidding me? LaToya has done an interview and Jermaine has been traveling the talk show circuit collecting check after check for his interviews. I personal think it is sad that most of the family members are actually cashing in on the death of their family member.
Hasselbeck's Maturnity leave to be covered...
Thanks to Elizabeth Hasselbeck's recent birth of her first child, she will be on maturnity leave for the begining of the 13th season of "The View" which will air on Sept 8th.
The major conflict of 'The View' will be taking a maturnity leave. Announced are the guest who will serve as a guest host while she is out. I am sure the show will run much better with her missing, but for those of you who want to know who will be guest hosting, it will be as follows:
LaToya Jackson Sept 16th & 17th
E.D. Hill, Fox news Channel anchor Sept 23rd & 24th.
Hasselbeck is expected to return to the show in October. That will be the downfall of the show again. When will Barbara finally have enough of her and get rid of her?

22 Drunk Driving Offenses!
The Espanola, N.M. Police said they arrested a man on Monday for his 22nd drunken driving offense - and he had a blood-alcohol content tested almost five times higher than New Mexico's legal limit.
The first thing I have to say is how does one get arrest over 22 times for drunk driving charges and still be out of jail to drive. I am assuming the picture on the left would represent a typical officer in Espanola. They are too busy eating turkey legs to actually do police work.
State Police Lt. Eric Garcia said an officer pulled up to a car parked along a highway and found a 51-year-old man on the ground near his vehicle.
"He was coherent," Garcia said. "He showed signs of slurred speech, as might be normal for any DWI arrest, which led the officer to believe he might be driving under the influence."
Garcia said the suspect had to be taken by ambulance to Christus St. Vincent hospital in Santa Fe, where a blood-alcohol analysis showed a content level of .393 percent. New Mexico's limit for presumed intoxication is .08 percent.
I pray for the safety of the folks who live in this area and hope the Donut Police can do a better job at keeping this guy off of the street... you thoughts?

Garcia said records showed the man faces pending DWI charges in Angel Fire and Espanola. He also was served with arrest warrants from San Miguel, Bernalillo and Sandoval Counties - all on DWI-related charges.
Garcia didn't know if the man had any prior DWI convictions.I pray for the safety of the folks who live in this area and hope the Donut Police can do a better job at keeping this guy off of the street... you thoughts?
Kennedy Family Statement
“Edward M. Kennedy—the husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle we loved so deeply—died late Tuesday night at home in Hyannis Port. We’ve lost the irreplaceable center of our family and joyous light in our lives, but the inspiration of his faith, optimism, and perseverance will live on in our hearts forever. We thank everyone who gave him care and support over this last year, and everyone who stood with him for so many years in his tireless march for progress toward justice, fairness and opportunity for all. He loved this country and devoted his life to serving it. He always believed that our best days were still ahead, but it’s hard to imagine any of them without him.”

Black Eyed Peas Set New Billboard Record
Guess whose been on top for the last 20 weeks? If you didn't say the Black Eyed Peas you'd be wrong. The Black Eyed Peas have been on top of Billboard Hot 100 singles chart, first with 'Boom Boom Pow' for 12 weeks and now 'I Got a Feeling.' This sets a new Billboard record.
Will.I.Am is happy with the achievement and has said "Every creative person wants to do it bigger than the last creative person cause you're inspired by them, you're fans of them," he says. "But to beat Elvis' record, Michael Jackson's record, the Beatles' record, Rolling Stones' record -- that's crazy, dude."
Congrats to Black Eyed Peas. There music is great and I have 'Boom Boom Pow' as my ringtone.
Latest Jackson Saga
Dr Conrad Murray waited 82 minutes to call 911after he discovered the U.S. pop star stopped breathing, a police affidavit said. I wonder if this was because he knew his current course of treatment on the POP star was not legal?
Jackson's death on June 25th is not being classified by authorities as a homicide due to the amount of propofol and other sedatives which were found in the Jackson's blood.
Murray allegedly said he had administered several different types of drugs, including propofol, on the morning of the day Jackson died. If the good Dr was treating him for insomnia, why was he giving him sedatives in the morning? Don't most people sleep at night?
The coroner who performed an autopsy on Jackson's body reportedly found lethal levels of propofol in his system.
Murray discovered Jackson had stopped breathing around 11 a.m., 82 minutes passed before someone at Jackson's home called 911,stated in a search warrant unsealed Monday.
Murray insisted he left Jackson sedated for brief time to use the bathroom, then returned at about 11 a.m. to find he wasn't breathing. According to the search warrant, Murray's cell phone records show he made three separate calls, totaling 47 minutes, starting at 11:18 a.m.
The affidavit stated that Murray did not inform investigators, paramedics or emergency room staff he had given Jackson propofol.
The affidavit emphasized that detectives are still trying to figure out whether it was the sole actions of Dr Murray or the gross negligence of several doctors over time that caused Jackson's untimely death.
Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff stated "However, unfortunately, much is police theory. Most egregiously, the time line reported by law enforcement was not obtained through interviews with Dr. Murray as was implied by the affidavit. Dr. Murray simply never told investigators that he found Michael Jackson at 11 a.m. not breathing."
Of course he would say that... he needs to collect a paycheck defending this negligent MORON. How tragic, we lossed an amazing entertainer because a MEDICAL DOCTOR is an idiot.

Chris Brown sentenced for Rihanna assault
I could not be more happier to blog on this topic. I lost all respect for Chris Brown the day he laid a hand on a woman.
Brown was sentenced in a Los Angeles court today to 1,400 hours of labor-oriented service and will also be on probation for the next five years, which will be overseen by the state of California for beating up his singer/girlfriend Rihanna.
I don't know about you, but I'd like to find out what the punishment has been for the last 50 womanizing beaters? I am sure it wasn't 1,400 hours of community service.
Brown, 20, pleaded guilty to felony assault in June for attacking Rihanna, 21, in Los Angeles last February.
Under the terms of the sentencing, he also must undergo domestic violence counseling. Hmmm, You think? That's a suprise.
The best part of his entire sentencing is that the judge ordered him to stay away from Rihanna till August 25, 2014. Good thing for Rihanna.

Katharine McPhee is back and Blonde
You can listen to Katharine's new single 'Had it All' by playing the video below.
Katharine McPhee is set to launch a new album. The former 'Idol' runner-up is now back and sporting blonde hair. Her new album 'Unbroken' will be out in store on October 6th.
Xtra got a sneak peak at the behind-the-scenes of the making of her new video and asked her a few questions... take a peek at the video:
In an interview the 'Idol' alum says she hopes that Paula Abdul is "great," and hopes "she goes and does what she really wanted to do," now that she's no longer an 'Idol' judge. I don't know about you, but I am wondering what it is she really wanted to do? Seems she's not doing anything.
McPhee was asked if she'd herself be interested in a guest judge spot on 'Idol,' to which McPhee shyly accepts.
"I guess if I was invited ... that's my family. I'd always be happy to be back. I don't know if I'd be very comfortable to be judging all of a sudden," she tells PopEater.
McPhee also said that being married for more than a year isn't making her want to settle down with kids just yet.
"It's sort of hard to plan... I really want to live out the record. Plus, I really like kids, but when they start crying it really makes me nervous. I don't think I'm quite there yet," she jokingly said with a smile.
If your a fan you can download McPhee's hit 'Had It All' at iTunes, or pre-order her album via Katharine's official Web site.

Commic's Mother-in-law is suing over jokes
Watch this Clip
Veteran comic Sunda Crooquist is being sued by her mother-in-law after making her the punchline to too many of her jokes. What do us comedian's have to make fun of, well everything. I think Sunda's jokes were humorus and had me laughing.
Could you imagine if every person offended by a joke made by a comedian sued them? The courts would be full. My favoriate is fat people, stupid people, and elderly people. Wow, I'll be sued by half of the population of America.
I would hope that the judge will dismiss this case. This is a waste of our hard working tax payer's money. Was the mother-in-law offended because it was all true? I'm sure that's the real issue here. Her poor little feelings were hurt cause we all now know she's a MORON.
According to the AP, Croonquist's mother-in-law Ruth Zafrin accuses her of spreading defamatory and racist lies through the many zingers she has used during her lengthy career.
The action seeks unspecified damages and demands that Croonquist remove any offensive statements from her Web site, routines and recordings. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in New Jersey back in April and judge is scheduled to hear a motion to dismiss on Sept. 8.
Croonquist is half-black, half-Swedish, grew up Roman Catholic and married into a Jewish family -- an absolute perfect storm of possible punchlines. She tells the AP that in-law jokes just come natural to her.
"They're nice jokes. There's nothing bad, nothing defamatory," swears Croonquist, who converted to Judaism before she met her husband and keeps a kosher house in Los Angeles.
Attorney Gary L. Bostwick, an expert in First Amendment law who isn't involved in the case, said suing a comedian is often difficult because courts tend to rule that it should be obvious they are joking.
In one of the most prominent such cases, the Rev. Jerry Falwell lost when he sued Hustler magazine in the 1980s for stating in an ad parody that the preacher had lost his virginity to his mother in an outhouse.
"Most people who sue under these kinds of circumstances are way too sensitive," Bostwick said. "If they contact a lawyer like me I would tell them that, without seeing the script and the blog I have no idea who is right and who is wrong, but I do know there is a very strong defense: It's very difficult to prove that it was not just a joke."
The lawsuit was filed by mother-in-law Ruth Zafrin, her daughter, Shelley Edelman, and Shelley's husband, Neil.

John Gosselin want's a new JOB.
Jon Gosselin is sick of his reality show "nightmare" and wants to have a typical 9 to 5 job, would he be able to survive with a REAL job?
What is this guy thinking? He wants a 9 to 5 job. How about taking care of his children? Hmmm, that's would be an interesting thing for him to do. How about stop running around with young woman and man up and take care of his family.
This douche bag has it made making $75,000 an episode. Do you know for one episode he makes more than the average Joe does for an entire year.
I am thinking that maybe he shouldn't of created this "nightmare" reality life. I realize Kate is a control freak, and would get on my nerves as well, but come on. She has to deal with 8, yes, 8 children 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Someone give the Douche bag a reality check.

NY Post - You have to be kidding?
The New York Post must have nothing better to do then to look for embarassing photo's of Celeb's.
While on the set of her new movie, 'The Bounty', a photographer snapped a few pictures of Jennifer Aniston and Gerald Butler during a scene where Gerald was stuffing Jennifer into the trunk of a car.
The photog caught a quick picture of what appeared to be her inner thight. Hello folks, she was shooting a movie, not pulling a Lindsay Lohan. Try reporting some REAL news.
I definately think that the NY Post deserves this weeks douche bag of the week award.

Melanie Griffith - Back in Rehab - Suprised?
Guess who's checked back into rehab? Yup, you are correct, Melanie Griffith is seeking treatment for undisclosed issues at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.
Melanie's publicist Robin Baum told Star Magazine "She is there to reinforce her commitment to stay healthy, and this is part of a routine plan that was designed between her and her doctors years ago."
So what? They knew she'd be drinking at this particular moment? Was it scheduled in her Outlook?
Melanie, who is married to Antonio Banderas, has struggled with substance abuse for decades and has twice sought medical treatment to help her kick the habit.

Cibrian & Rimes - Getting more comfortable in Public
Recently we have caught a few glimpes of the separated Liftetime movie costars Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes. A little golf outting seemed to be the start of the relationship going public.
But his estranged wife Brandi Glanville has some things to say.
"Eddie is a compulsive liar, cheater and a home wrecker, and he has been an absentee father,"
"You think you know one thing and you wake up and it's all been a lie."
Great, another Hollywood home wrecker. Have we not seen enough of this in our lifetimes, no pun intended.

Michael Beasley - possible substance and psychological issues???
Apparently Michael Beasley has checked himself into a Houston rehabilitation hospital. It is rumored that the Heat encouraged Beasley to check into a facility to address his possible substance and psychological issues.
Beasley is expected to spend time with former NBA player and coach Jon Lucas who has had great sucess working with other trouble players.
The NBA's treatment program requires that Beasley stay in the facility for a minimum of 30 days with little to no outside contact.
On Monday morning, Miami Heat spokesman Tim Donovan declined comment. An NBA spokesman also declined comment.
Beasley’s admission to the center comes after a handful of disturbing Twitter posts were recently attributed to him.
“Y do I feel like the whole world is against me…I can’t win for losin,” Beasley wrote.
“Feelin like it’s not worth livin!!!!!!! I’m done.”
Beasley’s frustration had been born out of a posed Internet photo on his personal Twitter page. In the photo, Beasley showed off a SuperCoolBeas tattoo on his back while two plastic baggies could be seen on the floor in the background. Some people have speculated on the bags’ contents, even though the clarity of the photo makes it difficult to determine. After the photo became a fast-moving Internet story, Beasley posted the messages on his Twitter account before the page was shut down on Saturday night.
Even before the Heat made him the No. 2 pick after Derrick Rose in the 2008 draft, Beasley has been a target of criticism inside and outside the organization for his immaturity. From team president Pat Riley to superstar Dwyane Wade, the Heat have been frustrated with Beasley’s clownish attitude and personal decisions.
The NBA fined Beasley $50,000 for being in a room where marijuana was found at the NBA’s rookie symposium last summer. Beasley had slipped out the door when security officials arrived on the scene, leaving Mario Chalmers and Darrell Arthur to face punishment alone. Riley later found out Beasley had been in the room and forced him to confess to league officials. So far this summer, Miami had been unwilling to include Beasley in trade talks with the Utah Jazz for Carlos Boozer.

Apples new Billion Dollar Jackpot
The company that makes the Mac computer, iPod music player and iPhone is reportedly poised to launch a tablet computer – small enough to carry in a handbag or briefcase but big enough to comfortably surf the web, read newspapers and watch films.
It could be Apple's latest billion-dollar jackpot. I know I will be in line when they come out to purchase mine. Again, like the iPhone, I'll pay big at first for the new toy.
Months of rumour and hype have reached a crescendo in recent days. Famously secretive, Apple has refused to comment on the tablet speculation. But Tim Cook, its chief operating officer, recently hinted that the company was working on something "very innovative". Jobs – now back at work after a six-month leave of absence following a liver transplant – is thought to have been personally involved in the development of the device over the past two years.
The tablet is rumoured to be any size and scale between the iPhone and the MacBook laptop. Some have described the tablet as a "Kindle-killer", potentially usurping the Amazon Kindle and other electronic book readers. It would be billed as a solution for people who work a lot on the move but don't want to carry a laptop.
You won't manipulate a keyboard and mouse any more but rather use an intuitive touchscreen. It will very tactile. It will be a whole new paradigm.
Expectations flared recently when Gene Munster, a technology research analyst, said that he had had discussions with an Asian component supplier that claimed to have received orders for a touchscreen device which needed to be filled by the end of the year. Munster took this as evidence that Apple would launch a tablet in early 2010.
He estimated that an Apple tablet, with an onscreen keyboard like the iPhone, would cost around $600 (£363), putting it between the highest-end iPod Touch at $399 and the MacBook, which starts at $999. At $600, Munster calculated that sa les of 2 million tablets could add $1.2bn (£727m) to Apple's sales next year.
Report: Coroner Rules Jackson's Death a Homicide
What was the ruling of the Coroner on Jackson's death? Homicide. How tradgic for the world, the loss of a great entertainer at the hands of a Dr for pay.
A published report cited that Jackson's death was the result of criminal wrongdoing. This means that law enforcement will likely charge Dr Conrad Murray with involuntary manslaughter.
Today a sealed search warrant affidavited in Houston was unsealed that quoted a Los Angeles County Corner's offical saying that Jackson had lethal levels of propofol in his system at the time of his death.
"Toxicology analysis shows Michael Jackson had lethal levels of propofol in his blood," reads the court document.
Per the affidavit, Murray told the LAPD during questioning that he had been treating the 50-year-old singer for insomnia for six weeks and giving him 50 milligrams of the powerful anesthetic intravenously every night.
The doctor not only acknowledged that he obtained and administered propofol on June 25, the morning Jackson died, but he also admitted to leaving the King of Pop under the influence of the drug when he left the room to tend to other business.
According to Murray's account, Jackson was having trouble sleeping the night of June 24. Noticing that the Moonwalker was forming what he believed was an addiction, the doctor claimed he had been trying to wean him off propofol for some time with little success and, as a result, initially withheld the drug traditionally used only in hospitals and monitored by an anesthesiologist.
Instead, he gave Jackson the milder sedative Valium at 1:30 a.m. With Jackson still awake, he next tried giving him a shot of lorazepam at 2 a.m. followed by midazolam. When those failed to have any effect, Murray said he then decided to give him 25 milligrams of propofol, which induced sleep right away.
But in perhaps the affidavit's biggest bombshell, the cardiologist admitted to detectives that he left Jackson alone to go make phone calls to his Houston office and family members. When he returned, Murray found Jackson had stopped breathing. He immediately began performing CPR as one of the entertainer's employees dialed 911.
These admissions are not good for teh doc, whom police are considering charging with involuntary manslaughter. However, while it's now coming out that M.J. had lethal levels of the drug in his body, the L.A. County Coroner's office still has not issued an official cause of death.
Autopsy results have been delayed indefinitely.
One thing Murray can breathe a little easier about: Per the Los Angeles Times, investigators have not discovered any evidence that the doc bought propofol under his medical license or that he had obtained it illegally, noting Jackson had apparently been prescribed the medication from several other doctors, two of whom were reportedly based in Germany.
Meanwhile, Jackson's family is standing by for answers.
"The Jackson family has full confidence in the legal process, and commends the ongoing efforts of the L.A. County Coroner, the L.A. District Attorney and the L.A. Police Department," family rep Ken Sunshine said in a statement Monday.
"The family looks forward to the day that justice can be served."
Jenkins found dead in BC.
HOPE, British Columbia, the former reality TV star Ryan Jenkins, accused of killing his swimsuit model wife, was found dead Sunday in a motel in British Columbia, Canadian police said.Sgt. Duncan Jenkins of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police said Jenkins apparently committed suicide, The Vancouver Sun reported. He had checked into a motel in Hope, about 100 miles east of Vancouver.
"The hotel staff had gone in to check on him ... it would be speculation to say how long he had been in there," Pound said at a news conference.
Jasmine Fiore, 28, a swimsuit model, was found dead and stuffed into a suitcase in a dumpster in Buena Park, Calif., Aug. 15. Her fingers and teeth had been removed and she was identified by her breast implants.
Fiore and Jenkins married two days after meeting at a Las Vegas casino. He was charged with domestic abuse in June in Nevada.
Jenkins, a native of Calgary, was a contestant on "Megan Wants a Millionaire," a VH1 reality show currently being televised, and also appeared on the third season of "I Love Money." VH1 had put a hold on plans to air the show because of the charges against Jenkins.
A man arrested in Toronto, once thought to be Jenkins, is not the man wanted in the slaying of a model, officials said. Peel Regional Police Staff Sgt. Keith Brodie told Sunday's The Province the detainee's fingerprints did not match those of Jenkins.
Guess Jenkins won't get to be a millionare afterall...
