Music News: End of Madonna’s reign as the Queen Of Pop?

Radio 1 has decided to give the screws to Madonna by failing to play list her new single Celebration.

As you can see, Madonna has a message for Radio 1.


Celebration is collaboration with dance legend Paul Oakenfold. Celebration has not made the A, B, or even the C list for the UK’s most popular and influential station.

So, why the diss? Not sure, but I can tell you this is the first time ever that a Madonna song has not made the play list. Radio 2 has been playing Celebration for the last two weeks.

On September 29th, Madonna will release her greatest hits compilation, which will also be entitled Celebration. Be sure to pick up your copy.
