Danyl Johnston, 27 years old, hit the stage with an energetic performance of The Beatles' 'With a Little Help from My Friends on London's X Factor.
During the performance all four judges were smiling as the audience went crazy over the voice and performance that Danyl gave.
Cowell actually smiled and clapped during the audition, finally giving a standing ovation.
"That was single-handedly the best first audition I have ever heard," Cowell said.
"He could be one of the best contestants we've ever had," Cowell added.
I myself had goose bumps listen to Danyl sing. I definitely think he is someone we will see more of and fast.
