Jackson - 'The Tribute'

Interest in tickets to the upcoming Michael Jackson tribute concert in Vienna is "immense," organizers said Wednesday.

"The Tribute: In Memory of Michael Jackson" is set to take place Sept. 26 in front of Schoenbrunn Palace.

The late pop icon's brother Jermaine, who is co-producing the concert, is scheduled to hold a press conference Tuesday at Vienna City Hall to announce details about the show, including who will perform in it.

"The interest for 'The Tribute' around the world is immense," a news release about the concert said. "The Internet server-cluster of World Awards Media -- programmed to deal with 1 million hits -- was overwhelmed at the initial start of ticket sales and was down for 28 minutes due to the demand. Ticket sales, as previously announced, will be in stages in order to prevent ticket scalping. The entire first ticket contingent for 'The Tribute,' this means half of all available tickets, has already been sold."

The second wave of tickets went on sale Tuesday.

"We expect the first categories to be sold out very quickly," said Andreas Egger -- managing director of "oeticket," which is coordinating the worldwide ticket sales for the concert.

Organizers of the event did not say how many tickets total would be made available to the public.

Donald Trump a Cheater?

So how much of the glitz and glamour of the Miss Universe pageant is real? Not much, says Michael Schwandt, a choreographer of the last four pageants. In a recent interview, he scrutinized the competition and revealed Donald Trump is allegedly fixing the competitions. According to Schwandt, Trump decides who will make it to the final six -- after a private meeting with all the women.

"At all the shows, he pops in the day before the telecast ,and we line up all the girls in alphabetical order... he basically walks by and has an assistant that takes notes. And it's just kind of common knowledge that he picks six of the top 15 single-handedly," Schwandt told Guanabee.com (via Defamer.)

"It's kind of a surreal experience, actually. We all just kind of try to sit there... and everyone's trying to make it go smoothly. It's kind of the last thing anybody wants to do but we have to do it," he added.

"The other nine are judged in a preliminary show the week before and picked by those judges, but he picks six of the top fifteen," Schwandt said.
In the official Miss Universe rules, they fail to note the private judging round and its impact on the race.

Apparently, Trump didn't like how others judged the women in previous competitions, so he took matters into his own hands.

"His reason for doing so, as he told me and he's told the girls before, is that he left it all up to preliminary judging in the past and some of the most beautiful women, in his opinion, were not in the top fifteen and he was kind of upset about that. And he decided that he would pick a certain number and let the judges pick a certain number," Schwandt said.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm not even going to say what's on my mind about this story... I'll let the authorities look into this...

Site Revels in 'Breathtaking' Response to Jackson Hoax Video

A hoax video purportedly showing Michael Jackson emerging from a coroner's van was an experiment aimed at showing how quickly misinformation and conspiracy theories can race across the Internet, German broadcaster RTL said Tuesday. The video was posted on YouTube for a single day a week ago and received 880,000 hits.

"We wanted to show how easily users can be manipulated on the Internet with hoax videos," spokeswoman Heike Schultz of Cologne-based RTL told The Associated Press. "Therefore, we created this video of Michael Jackson being alive, even though everybody knows by now that he is dead - and the response was breathtaking." Haven't seen it?

The video - posted under an "anonymous source" - shows a coroner's van entering what seems like a parking garage and the King of Pop getting out of the back with another person. The lighting is bad, the sound muffled and the footage appears amateurish.

"Unfortunately, many people believed it was true," Schultz said. "Even though we tried to create the video in a way that every normal user can see right away that it is a fake."

She said the video was shot near Cologne - "definitely not in the U.S." The van in the video had the word "CORONER" printed in English, suggesting it had been recorded in America.

RTL admitted to the hoax in an Aug. 26 report on its daily news show Explosiv.

Hoaxes and rumors commonly spread like wildfire on the Internet. Videos of flying saucers and impossible stunts routinely are among the most-viewed on video-sharing sites, though purported evidence of the deceased being alive is less common than false rumors of someone's death.

The RTL spokeswoman said some Jackson fans were upset by the German broadcaster's actions.

"We didn't want to dishonor Michael Jackson, but we needed a strong name to get this experiment going," Schultz said. "Had we used Britney Spears, then the fans of Britney would have complained."
Ah, idiots, we are not test subjects... I stand by my BOYCOTT of RTL and the magazine!

Cate Blanchett injured during play

Cate Blanchett, who is in Sydney doing a stage production of "A Streetcar named Desire" was accidentally injured by her co-star by a radio during a fight scene.

Blanchett, 40, was knocked down and bleeding from the head during Tuesday night's preview performance at the Sydney Theatre.

Blanchett, who plays Blanche DuBois in the show, reportedly tried to continue, but stopped when she realized she was bleeding.

The theater's lights were then turned on and the audience told the rest of the performance had been canceled.

"Cate's just fine," a spokesman for the theater told People.com, adding Wednesday night's performance was expected to go on as planned.

Kelly McGillis - Stake Land

Kelly McGillis, 52,  has joined the cast of "Stake Land," a vampire movie filming in New York and Pennsylvania, the flick's producers said Wednesday. McGillis had roles in "Top Gun", "Witness", and "The Accused."

Her casting in "Stake Land" was announced by Dark Sky Films and Glass Eye Pix.

Written by Jim Mickle and Nick Damici, and directed by Mickle, the film is about what happens after a global spread of vampirism.

McGillis plays a nun who joins a small team of survivors -- played by Damici, Danielle Harris and Conor Paolo -- as they make a treacherous journey north to safety through the war-torn United States.

"Jim and Nick have written a uniquely intense part for Sister, and we are thrilled to see Kelly McGillis in the role. This is a very ambitious project, with a genuinely epic sweep, and we cannot wait to bring it to audiences next year," Dark Sky's Executive Vice President Greg Newman said in a statement.

Beavis and Butt-Head Return

If you grew up in the '90's, you enjoyed the antics of 'Beavis and Butthead".

In a new short, the terrible twosome discuss 'Extract' -- a movie written and directed by 'Butt-Head' creator Mike Judge. They especially have fun with star Jason Bateman, whose name provides for endless jokes. Watch It

Rolling Stones

According to the Rolling Stones, Charlie Watts has not quit the iconic British rock 'n' roll band.

"Contrary to a fabricated story that ran this morning on a small music Web site in Australia, drummer Charlie Watts has not left The Rolling Stones," NME.com quoted the band as saying in a statement Wednesday.

Watts, 68, has been a member of the Stones since 1963.

R.Kelly to finish Michael Jackson Album?

R.Kelly plans to finish and release the album Michael Jackson was working on before his tragic death. Like he is going to do it justice? Does he think he is number two when it comes to "King of Pop"... I don't think so!

Kelly is convinced that after previously working with Jackson, he would have picked Kelly to carry out recording and releasing his next album.

Kelly says:
"I recorded five joints for Michael Jackson (in the past). And we had been talking on the phone about his new album, and I was going to finish what Michael was doing at the time. We're going to get it out, though. Michael liked the way I would try to sing the songs just like him."

Hope he's gotten this approved from MJ's estate!

Jon Gosselin Says He Took 'a Lot of Abuse' From Kate

Jon Gosselin appeared on 'Good Morning America', stating that he suffered "a lot of abuse" at her hands, refering to Kate. "She'll call me like, almost like a lame fish. Like I wasn't going anywhere" he said.
Gosselin claims he was left at home with the twins and sextuplets all the time while she traveled for work.

"Well, excuse me, I'm taking care of the kids. She's on book tours, she's doing all these things. You know, she's gone a week. You know, comes back. Unpacks, repacks, does laundry, packs up and leaves again. I'm standing there like, 'Oh, OK. Your mom's gone.'"

Kate recently appeared on 'Larry King Live' and expressed some criticisms of her estranged husband, but did admit that he was a good father.

She also spoke with PEOPLE magazine, telling them, "Sometimes I feel like it's a 15-year-old I'm getting a divorce from."

That's it douchebag. Blame Kate while you are out spending all the cash living in up in Las Vegas. What a JERK! Kate should have beat'n him over the head with the broom.

You can watch Kate's interview here:

Madonna's Daughter Is 'Like A Virgin 2.0'

Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon, a.k.a. Madonna's daughter, has recreated her mother's iconic wedding dress pose from the Eighties hit song 'Like A Virgin'. An image from Madge's new 'Celebration' video has surfaced courtesy of the Daily Mail. It shows Lourdes in a white wedding dress, veil, red lipstick and, wait for it, beauty mark above her lip. The pose mirrors Madonna's 1984 MTV Video Music Awards performance of 'Like A Virgin' where she sang on top of a giant wedding cake. The new video will be released next week.
This isn't 12-year-old Lourdes' first experience with rock nepotism. She played a flower girl during Madonna's notorious performance of 'Like A Virgin' with Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera at the 2003 MTV VMAs. She was 6-years-old at the time. Lourdes also appeared on stage last night in Israel as part of Madonna's 'Stick & Sweet' tour and is rumored to be showing up again tonight for the final show.
Lourdes has already appeared in the first release of 'Celebration.' It shows the 51-year-old Madonna kissing boyfriend Jesus Luz, 22, while wearing thigh-high boots and a sequined mini-dress. The video then cuts to a group of breakdancers including Lourdes. We're guessing Madonna's ex-husband, filmmaker Guy Ritchie, was not involved in creating the video.

Madonna Collaspes - Real or a Hoax?

British newspaper The Sun is going freaking bananas over Madonna allegedly "collapsing" on stage (twice, they claim) during a performance in Bulgaria. The Sun claims the Material Girl "lost consciousness singing 'Holiday' and had to be held up by a dancer," but upon further video investigation, it really seems like a part of the show/choreography to us. Watch and decide:

In the video, Madonna can be seen slowing down -- with the tempo of the music, mind you -- and is eventually seen in the arms of a dancer supporting her. He asks if she is OK, and after Madonna replies that she is, the show goes on with a full-on dance.

According to sources for The Sun, Madonna also "left the stage during 'Spanish Lesson,' she passed out and fell over.

A source claims Madonna is "suffering from exhaustion" and "is anaemic," leading to the alleged fainting bouts. Hmmm, I don't know, it could be true, she does work the stage, but why start rumors if they ain't true?

Madonna looked fine last night, as she rocked in Israel ... and was even joined by her daughter Lourdes on stage

Justin Timberlake - A Generous Guy!

Justin Timberlake surprised an entire Sin City club with free shots last night! The singer is in town for business at the Magic fashion trade show for his William Rast line, but made time for pleasure, too.

Monday night, he threw a private dinner party at Lavo in the Palazzo where girlfriend Jessica Biel and business partner Trace Ayala were in attendance.

After the group finished eating, J.T. headed into the main club to make an unannounced appearance.

At exactly 1:09 a.m., Justin got on the microphone...So what did he have to say?

He announced he was buying everyone in the club a shot of his 901 Silver tequila, named for his hometown Memphis area code.
"We should all believe in something, and I believe it's time for another shot of tequila," he told the crowd before tossing back the shot.
Samantha Ronson was working the turntables that evening, and Justin even treated the club to an impromptu beatboxing performance later in the night.
Don't you just love Justin, He is such an awesome guy, cute, and generous. I'm jealous of Jessica... I'm available Justin if your looking for something new.... xoxo

Avril Lavigne Seeks Anything But Ordinary Singers on American Idol

The "Complicated" singer has just joined the fast-lengthening roster of stars filling Paula Abdul's vacant chair on American Idol.

Avril Lavigne has kept a pretty low profile of late with the exceptions of partying hard and rumors of pregnancy, but that's all about to change.

She'll be sitting alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi, telling prospective Idols she doesn't like their boyfriends singing during one of the final two days of auditions in Los Angeles.

Previously announced seat-filler Katy Perry will be hanging with the A.I. trio on the other day.

This won't be the last you'll hear from Avril this month—she's expected to unveil her latest clothing collection for Abbey Dawn during New York Fashion Week.

Whitney Houston Live - The Crackly Voice Performance

If you are going to try to comeback, at least be sure that you are 100% ready. Whitney Houston was all set for her big performance on 'Good Morning America' on Tuesday, but her voice was crackly. Whitney offered her apologizes to the crowd in New York's Central Park.

"I'm so sorry. I did 'Oprah.' I've been talking for so long. ... I talked so much, my voice," she said, right before launching into 'I'm Every Woman.'
"I shouldn't be talking. I should be singing."
Houston also performed 'I'm Every Woman,' 'I Look to You,' 'My Love Is Your Love' and her new song 'Million Dollar Bill' at the park concert.
Please girl, drop the crack pipe and gargle with some hot tea. Don't blame someone else for your inability to perform.

Ross, Shields, Feldman Expected to Join Jacksons for Michael's "Extraordinary" Burial Service

Properly paying tribute to the King of Pop: priceless. The cost of properly paying tribute to the King of Pop: "extraordinary."

Michael Jackson's estate today got stuck with agreed to foot what is expected to be the heftiest of bills for the star's long-in-the-works burial tomorrow night at the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff, the final word on all Jackson money matters, ruled today that the estate would pay for whatever type of service is deemed necessary for the star, but hizzoner would not set a cap on how much they could or should spend, leaving that decision in the hands of the estate's special administrators.

Katherine Jackson had lobbied to get the estate to pony up for the memorial, though the involved parties appear to have come down with a sudden case of tongue-tieditis when asked to ballpark how much, exactly, the private services would cost.

"The expenses will be extraordinary, but Michael Jackson was extraordinary," Jeryll Cohen, an attorney for Johns Branca and McClain, the estate's administrators, said today.

As for what it is that's making the tab so high, well, the high-profile mourners expected in attendance certainly aren't helping matters...

In addition to the actual costs associated with the burial and whatever theatrics take place during the ceremony, the estate will need to reimburse Glendale for providing police officers on the scene, closing city roads and hiring additional security personnel to keep trespassers and would-be funeral crashers at bay. The whole shebang begins at 7 p.m. and is expected to last just 30 minutes.

"It seems to me this particular expense is not going to be the straw that breaks the camel's back regarding the solvency of the estate," said Margaret Lodise, special guardian appointed to represent Jackson's children.

In addition to "all family and close friends," Diana Ross, Corey Feldman, Brooke Shields and Larry King and his wife are expected to attend the service. Aretha Franklin, despite reports earlier this week, is not.

The family is making last-minute preparations, including shipping in gourmet doughnuts and finalizing their wardrobe.

"The kids are getting fitted for their tuxes that they'll wear tomorrow," the insider added. "Everyone is supposed to wear black again like they did to the first one."

Jackson was originally expected to be buried last Saturday, on what would have marked his 51st birthday.

I am not sure how you could put a price on his burial. He was "the King of Pop", which was priceless. Cough up the dough, put the man to rest, and let his children move on and begin the healing.

Three's Company's DeWitt Charged With DUI

Joyce DeWitt, who played house with John Ritter and Suzanne Somers in Three's Company, has been charged with a DUI stemming from her Fourth of July bust for drunken driving.

According to the complaint filed yesterday by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, the 60-year-old thesp was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Count two is for driving while having a blood alcohol content of 0.08 or higher, also a misdemeanor.
DeWitt is due to be arraigned Sept. 8.
What is it with these Celebs and the inability to handle the booze and liqour? Guess since she hasn't really done anything in years, I'd be drinking as well...

Sawyer replacing Gibson - Gibson to retire

ABC Evening News Anchor Charles Gibson has announced he will be retiring at the end of the year. Diane Sawyer is to take over the slot the Charles will be vacating.
"It has not been an easy decision to make," Gibson, 66, told staffers in an e-mail. "This has been my professional home for almost 35 years. And I love this news department, and all who work in it, to the depths of my soul."
We wish you the best of luck Charles. You will be missed!
ABC News confirmed Wednesday that Gibson would retire at the end of the year and Sawyer would replace him.
Gibson became the "World News Tonight" anchor in 2006, replacing co-anchors Elizabeth Vargas -- who left to have a baby -- and Bob Woodruff -- who was injured covering the war in Iraq.
"Diane Sawyer is the right person to succeed Charlie and build on what he has accomplished," the Daily News quoted ABC News President David Westin as saying in a separate e-mail to staff. "She has an outstanding and varied career in television journalism, beginning with her role as a State Department correspondent and continuing at '60 Minutes,' 'Primetime Live,' and most recently 'Good Morning America.'"

No Will for DJ AM - Mom lays claim to Estate

Adam Goldstein had now will or left no instructions on how to distribute his multimillion dollar fortune. His final wishes will forever be a mystery.

The celebrated turntablist's mother, Andrea Gross, has filed letters of administration with Los Angeles County Superior Court revealing that AM left no will.

According to the petition for probate, Gross seeks to have herself named the sole heir of the late DJ's estate, since Goldstein was not married and did not have any children.

Court documents listed AM as having $3.5 million in property, an additional $400,000 in personal assets and debts totaling $2.9 million for a net worth of about $1 million.

Gross also states that her son was trying to sell his Los Angeles-area home at the time of his death last week, and as his administrator, she asked the court for permission to allow the sale to go through. A hearing has been set for Oct 7th to settle these matters.

Blink 182 Cancels Concerts - Allow Travis to Grieve

Blink-182 has decided to postpone even more tour dates due to the death of their close friend DJ AM.
The band's drummer Travis Barker and DJ AM were the only survivors of a plane crash last September that left them both badly injured and four people dead. They had been collaborating as a DJ and drum act.

"After much thought and consideration, Blink-182 has rescheduled their next two shows in order for Travis Barker to mourn the loss of his dear friend Adam Goldstein," a statement on the group's Web site read.

If you were going to attend concerts in Cleveland and St. Louis you will have to wait another day to see the band, which had already canceled Monday's concert in Saratoga, NY. I am sure all of you who have to wait can understand the pain that Barker is dealing with after the death of his friend.

My thoughts and prayers are with Adam's Family and with Travis Barker. This is a difficult time and we all on our own level can feel pain from the loss of Adam.

DJ AM Funeral Today

Today at 3p.m. DJ AM, Adam Goldstein will be laid to rest at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in West Lost Angeles following a private funeral.

A friend of the Goldstein family says the service is for "family only."

AM will be interred in one of the city's most prominent Jewish cemeteries, near the graves of Jack Benny, Milton Berle and Michael Landon.

Thursday night there will be a memorial service at the Hollywood Palladium for Family and Celeb Pals.

Goldstein, 36, was found dead in his New York apartment last Friday. Initial reports suggest he died from an overdose (accidental or otherwise), though an official cause of death won't be made for several weeks.

Kelly Clarkson Cancels - Two hours Before show.

Kelly Clarkson was to perform at the Minnesota State Fair , but two hours before the fair, Clarkson canceled. Is it because she's a little on the FAT side? Looking more like a ballon?

E-Hutch who was set to open for Kelly Clarkson at the fair took it upon himself to perform a full length show for the crowd, even inviting the kids in the cheap seats to join the rest of the fair-goers at the front of the stage!

What a nice guy... Thanks to him, the night was not a total BUST!

Kevin Federline is HUGE

Kevin Federline seems to be packing on the pounds one after another.. What happened to the press release a few months ago stating that he was on a strict diet and was working out? Hmmm, guess that went to the waiste side... No pun intended.
I guess if Good Year needs a new spokesman, they know who to call. Maybe he is beefing up for a new role on Fantastic Four... "The Ballon Bouncer"

Federline use to be in great shape as a backup dancer. This weekend he was seen by the pool in Miami Beach with his girlfriend and two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
I think Jenny Craig is looking for a new spokesmodel, does anyone have any suggestions???

Try self control!!

DJ AM Had Nine OxyContin Pills in His Body

Was the death of DJ AM suicide or an accident? Authorities investigating the death of DJ AM have found that he had eight undigested OxyContin pills in his stomach and a ninth in his mouth, a law enforcement source stated.
The finding suggests that DJ AM – real name Adam Goldstein – swallowed the powerful painkillers quickly. "He wanted to die," says the source, who says the suicide theory is supported by the pills and other evidence. "He was going unconscious when he took the last one. He didn't even swallow it."
When authorities entered Goldstein's New York Apartment on the 28th, they found a Valentine's Day card from Haley Wood. The pair split recently. There were also photos of Woods and Goldstein.
"The card was lying on top of his laptops on the coffee table in the living room," a source says.
There were two mirror's propped against the outside of the apartment and another against the door of the bedroom, where Goldstein's body was located in the bed.
When the police, Goldstein's manager and paramedics entered together, they pushed the first mirror to the side. When they entered the bedroom, the mirror propped against the door shattered. "They pushed it open and it broke,"
A crack pipe sat next to the body; when authorities moved the body, crack was found underneath, the source says. Goldstein, the source believes, "smoked a lot of crack, barricaded the doors and killed himself."
Chillingly, Goldstein's BlackBerry was filled with messages from concerned friends. One read, "Some (expletive) just said you're dead. Better text me back."
The official autopsy results, including toxicology tests, have not been released, and sources close to Goldstein say they believe his death to be accidental.

MJ's house being Emptied.

The night before Michael Jackson's burial, pieces of his life still seem to be scattered all over the place.

Today, movers from Beverly Hills Transfer and Storage were carrying boxes and other items our of one of the King of Pop's former Las Vegas residences.

Chris Fries, a spokesman for the moving company, told E! News that they were under strict orders not to divulge what was being removed from the house.

"We're under a confidentiality agreement," Fries said. "You name it, we got it—just got a whole lot of stuff."

He said he has not been in contact with any Jackson family members, only business managers, and that he wasn't aware of where the items will eventually end up.

"We got a court order here saying everything is froze," he said. "I've never seen so [much] layering. Nobody has access to anything."

According to members of the security team at the Vegas house, Jackson and his kids left all of their furniture and other household items there when they moved to Los Angeles.

Jackson's family, meanwhile, is planning to finally inter the departed star Thursday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, Calif.

The death certificate has not yet been updated to reflect Forest Lawn as Jackson's final resting place, but it has been tweaked to reflect the coroner's homicide ruling since its initial release.
The main cause of death is now listed as "acute propofol intoxication," with "benzodiazepine effect" cited as a contributing cause. The certificate also specifies "injection by another" as Jackson's fatal injury.

Check out the updated death certificate.

LeAnn Rimes finally admits to Break-up!

Hold on, Breaking News: LeAnn Rimes has finally said the words: She is done being Mrs. Dean Sherement. Announcing the break up with her hubby of 7 years via her website.

"After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Deane [sic] and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage," stated the actress and country-pop songbird.

Ah, who edited the post? Dean's name was mispelled... DUH?

"This decision was amicable and we remain committed and caring friends with great admiration for one another. Thank you so much for all of your continued love and support—it is deeply appreciated."

As if we were not all aware that Rimes seems to have a boyfriend. As if it was a secret? Who could have missed the courting of Rimes and Cibrian.

She has been spotted out and about with Eddie Cibrian, who stuck a fork in his own marriage last week after months of rumors that he and Rimes were more than friends and Northern Lights costars.

Cibrian's soon-to-be ex, Brandi Glanville, has accused Rimes of being a stalker and her husband of being a "compulsive liar, cheater and a homewrecker." Hmmm, sound's typical of a spiteful ex, doesn't it???

Fashion Designer get's LIFE IN PRISION.

Justice has been served to Celebrity fashion designer and PIG Anand Jon. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge David Wesley sentenced him to 59 years to life in prision for his disgusting behavior. Jon sexually assaulted several women and young girls as young as 14 with promises of modeling jobs.

Jon acted as his own lawyer, as if that was a smart move. As the judge sentenced him, Jon had a blank stare. In November of 2008, Jon was convicted of 16 counts including rape, sexual battery and performing lewd acts on a child.

At the end of the months-long trial, Jon asked for a new trial because of alleged juror and prosecutorial conduct.

Jon had dressed the likes of Paris Hilton and Janet Jackson. He was arrested in 2007, and prosecutors said the crimes started as far back as 2001, when he used to lure aspiring models to Los Angeles.

Jon, whose full name is Anand Jon Alexander, denied the charges and has contended that the young women were merely seeking revenge on. Isn't that what they all say???

Pete losing his pants at the Leeds Festival

Leave it to Pete Wentz to lose his drawers during a concert. I'd like to slap the stage hand who pulled them up for him... I personally would have had no problem with him in his boxers performing. He could perform in nothing at all, and I'd be paying attention...

Pete may want to give Ashley back her maturnity jeans... they are a bit big for him...

Guess Pete isn't too worried since we have all already seen his penis... what the heck, singing in his boxers is a walk in the park...

A special shout out and thank you to Kim Zolciak from the Real Housewives of Atlanta's for her decision to go topless for the NOH8 campaign.

I'm not sure why Kim couldn't just wear a shirt? Not so sure that her nipples duct tapped were necessary, but hey, I am not going to shoot down anyone who supports NOH8.

The No H8 club is gaining new members every day, most recently Lost's Michael Emerson and ex-Grey's Anatomy doctor Isaiah Washington, to name a couple.

Boycott German TV RTL and Explosiv Magazine!!

I find this video to be offensive and not a funny joke or a lesson which I felt needed to be taught.

This video has been viewed by over 880,000 people. The video suggests that the "King of Pop" is alive and gets out of the coroner's van and enters an unidentified building. I hope that no one had hopes that this is an actual video?

German TV station RTL has admitted to making the video in Cologne for its magazine Explosiv and sending it out into the ether on Aug. 25 to see what people would do with the infauxmation.

"We sent out a press release before we did the video to alert everyone that it was fake, but once posted it spread really fast," RTL spokesman Heike Schultz told CNN.com.

"This was so obviously fake in the case of Michael Jackson, it just was not possible," she said.

Schultz said that the reaction to RTL's little experiment have been mixed, with some fans offended and creeped out that the station used Jackson's death as its variable and them as guinea pigs, while others appreciated the lesson in how easy it is to spread false information.

Are you kidding me? Reactions were mixed? Everyone should be angry and boycott the station and the magazine for such an insensitive hoax. I would also expect a public apology to the three children who are left without a father.

This makes me SICK! What if MJ's children were to see this... DO YOU HAVE NO SENSE??

Enought said.... BOYCOTT GERMAN TV RTL AND THIER MAGAZINE EXPLOSIV!!!

Erin Andrews on Oprah - Sept 11th.

Oprah Winfrey's new season airs on Sept 8th. In preperation for the show, Oprah has been pre-taping shows. On Sept 11th, Oprah will air her interview with ESPN reporter Erin Andrews.

Erin discusses the nightmare of being secretly video taped nude which was distributed on the Internet. She says she will never forget when she "opened up the computer (and) could feel my heart pounding."

The blurry five-minute video was shot at a hotel and Erin had no knowledge that she was being taped. Andrew's attorney plans to seek criminal charges and file lawsuits against whoever shot the video as well as anyone who publishes the video.

The reporter also says she's excited to get back to work this fall, adding "it's really going to help me heal my wounds."

You will be able to catch Andrews on the air Thursday night as the sideline reporter for ESPN's broadcast of South Carolina at North Carolina State.

When the video first appeared, it was not clear that it was Andrews. The person who originally posted the video did not identify the woman. Andrews' attorney is the one who confirmed that the video was of Andrews... Opps! I'd would have kept that to myself. Deny, Deny, Deny....

Andrews, a former University of Florida dance team member, was an Internet sensation even before the video's circulation. Some Web sites have referred to her as "Erin Pageviews" because of the traffic she can generate, and Playboy magazine named her "sexiest sportscaster" in both 2008 and 2009.

Chris Brown wants to make one thing CLEAR...

Chris Brown has apparently remembered that he did beat up Rihanna the night before the Grammy's, despite what he said in an interview with Larry King. So why did he say it? I don't know? Ah, drugs? Alcohol? Confusion?
Brown told People, "There have been reports on the Internet that I didn't remember what happened that night with Rihanna. I want to try and set things straight,"
"That 30 seconds of the interview they used of me was taken from a one hour interview during which that same question was asked something like four or five times -- and when you look at the entire interview you will see it is not representative of what I said," he says.
"The first four times -- or however many times it was – I gave the same answer – which was that I didn't think it was appropriate for me to talk about what happened that night. I said it was not right for me and it really wasn't fair to Rihanna. The fifth time -- or whatever it was -- I just misspoke. I was asked, 'Do you remember doing it?' and I said, 'No,'" Brown clarifies.

"King Spencer Pratt"? - WTF

Spencer Pratt has finally losed his mind. The Hills star, 25, told US Magazine that he is changing his name to "King Spencer Pratt."

"I've decided since there is a Queen of England and a Prince William that there should be a king of America," he tells Us. "I nominate myself for that role."

Pratt thinks his wife Heidi Montag deserves a royal title, too.

Can you say someone is suffering from delusions? WTF is wrong with this dude? Is he a douchebag? Oh, wait, I already gave that title away yesterday to Chris Brown. Okay, so now there will have to be two douchebags of the week. Pratt takes the cake...

'Home' to benefit AIDS Project Los Angeles

La Toya Jackson who was not going to promote her new album has changed her mind. La Toya has decided to release her first single as a tribute to her brother Michael Jackson. 'Home is available on iTunes and all proceeds from the single's download will be given to one of Michael's favorite charities, AIDS Project Los Angeles.

Although she recorded the song before her brother's death, she felt the single should be re-released to pay tribute to him.

In her official publicity image for the single, she is seen in all-white with her arm extended upward and an image of Michael Jackson looking down at her from the sky.

I would say she was only trying to cash in on her brother's death, but since she has decided to donate all the money to a charity, I ask all to download the song as I did, and support the AIDS Project Los Angeles (http://www.apla.org/). It is a great cause and should be supported!!!!

Paula Abdul - Television Chat Show?

Last month, Paula Abdul announced that she would not be returning to "American Idol" this season because she was unable to agree on a contract with the show's producers. This announcement made by her via a tweet has create tons of rumors on what project will be in Paula's future.

Paula hopes to one day have her own television chat show. She told TV Guide "I definitely want to do a talk show because it would be different."

When she was asked what "The Paula Abdul Show" would be like, she replied, "Well, since there is talk about me possibly doing one, I don't want to give the goodies away."
"I'd be Paula. It would be a lot of fun variety with a ton of unexpected stuff and tributes to everyday people getting their big chance," she told the magazine.

Doesn't she mean there would be a lot of rambling and misunderstood comments? Variety it would be. One thing I'd request would be subtitles so we would understand what she meant.

Police Details of DJ AM's Last Day Alive

As the pieces are still being put together to identify the cause of Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein's death, a police source has said that on Friday, Aug. 28, the day he was later discovered dead in his Manhattan apartment, the celebrity deejay had sent his last text message to two friends at 1 a.m.

The subject of his message was his scheduled Las Vegas gig that very Friday night at the Rain Nightclub in the Palms Hotel – but he never made it.

Sixteen hours after Goldstein texted, a friend called 911 because Goldstein had failed to answer his cell phone and, when it was time for him to leave for his flight, his two traveling companions could not reach him.

After the NYPD broke down the door to his SoHo apartment, says a police source, they found the lifeless Goldstein in bed, wearing sweatpants, and a crack pipe nearby. They also discovered a half bag of crack cocaine and prescription drugs.

On Saturday, the New York City Medical Examiners office announced that after an initial autopsy proved "inconclusive," more tests, including a toxicology report that might require weeks, would be performed.

Goldstein, who often talked about his past struggles with drug abuse, claimed he had been off drugs for 11½ years.

He also recently told the Associated Press while promoting his upcoming MTV reality show Gone Too Far, about getting users off drugs, that while filming the show he held a crack pipe for the first time in years – but that a guardian angel was looking after him.

"There's no better way to remember what it was like when I was at my bottom than to see someone at their bottom," he told AP.

Lee added that the two drivers exchanged information and "the incident will be handled between their insurance companies."

"Ms. Zellweger requested her car be towed from the scene, and also requested that officers call her a cab," Lee added.
The actress's rep had no comment.

TMZ.com was first to report the accident.

Katy Perry Praises Simon for Being an "Asshole"

Katy Perry has every intention of telling the truth when she guest judges on American Idol—even if it means hurting someone's feelings. Don't hold back Katy, why not help shatter someone's dream? LOL!

Great props for Katy for being honest... Either you can sing, or you can't, better to be honest, than to tell a lie...

"I might become a little bit of a buddy with Simon," Perry said on Saturday at the Palladium in Hollywood, just before she hit the stage for her show , "because whenever I watch that show, as much as he's an asshole, he's a very truthful, honest asshole."

Perry will sit on the judges' panel next month when auditions are held in Los Angeles...

"I don't want to break their hearts, but how many of us know that one person that has been trying and trying, and doing karaoke and little gigs here and there at, like, an open mic. And nobody has told them they can't sing in pitch—for, like, 15 years," Perry said. "You're like, 'Somebody needs to say something' and unfortunately, I might be that gal to tell you the truth."

Even so, Perry said she wants to help someone "live out their dreams."

"I'm in this every single day," she said. "I'm seeing the ins and outs of both the business and the wonderful fruits of my labor. I really feel I have a very what's-going-on-right-now perspective."

Kellan Lutz Pays AnnaLynne McCord a Private Visit

I guess the role is the same as real person, AnnaLynne McCord gave Kellan Lutz the kiss-off after he didn't buy her a birthday present.

Has she forgiven him yet?

The 90210 starlet spent Saturday at Wet Republic in Sin City with her sister Angel, and guess who was seen slipping into her VIP cabana?

Yep, Twilight hottie Kellan, trying to go incognito and failing...

Despite sweltering Vegas temps, Kellan kept covered up in a baseball cap, white long-sleeved T-shirt and jeans. No word on why he was hiding that buff body of his.

Although he kept the curtains closed at her cabana while inside, poolside partyers definitely noticed his presence.

Will he get another shot with her.... Who knows?

Jason Mraz Makes Chart History With 71-Week Run

Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" may be the longest running song in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, but the hippie-friendly jam has been around even longer.

Mraz has played the song on tour for five years, and he said fans at live shows always responded differently to it, inspiring him to release the song as a single.

"The song was really born into the crowd. ... I noticed almost an immediate response to it and people really celebrated in a different way during that song," he said in a phone interview. "And then by having those three years to jam to the song, it gave us the opportunity to do something simple, yet spirited" in the studio.

"And now of course, that we've been playing with people really owning it on the record, it's taken it to a whole new level," he said.

"I'm Yours" first charted in May 2008, hit No. 6 in September 2008 and has spent 71 weeks on Billboard's Hot 100 singles chart. (The previous record-holder, LeAnn Rimes' late-1990s hit, "How Do I Live," lasted 69 weeks.) Mraz's tune also nominated for "Song of the Year" at this year's Grammy Awards.

Though the accomplishment is one the 32-year-old is proud of, he says it doesn't mean he's necessarily reached a milestone in his career.

"I don't feel like I crossed a finish line. I don't feel like I've sweated for 70 weeks. I feel like the song is just doing its thing and it was a real gift," he said.

Mraz has spent the last two years on the road promoting his latest CD, the platinum-selling "We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things." That time on tour has been documented to "Jason Mraz' Beautiful Mess - Live from Earth," a live CD/DVD out Nov. 10.

"Before we hang up our hats for the year, I thought it would be great to capture the concert in an adventurous style so that my grandmom can see what I've been up to for two years," he said with a laugh. "She doesn't like YouTube. She says the quality ain't that good."

Clueless Joe Jackson Demands Justice in Michael's Death

They may have had a rocky relationship when Michael Jackson was alive, but Joe Jackson says he really does care about his son and wants to make sure authorities get to the bottom of how he died. Is that so he can collect some type of financial damages? I wonder how much he got paid for this interview? (Joe $$$$ Jack$on)

"I keep thinking, I just can't believe this happened to him," the family patriarch told NBC's Today in an interview taped Saturday (on what would have been Michael's 51st birthday) that aired this morning. "I'm fine, I'm just still grieving over my son's loss, because he was the greatest all over the world. And I'm proud of that."

The ongoing police probe and the coroner's ruling that Michael's June 25 death was a homicide brought on by an overdose of prescription medications?

"I'm mad...because I didn't know all of this was going on. I didn't know he was taking that type of medication,"the elder Jackson said. "We want justice to be done, and that's what's being done."

Asked his thoughts about possible criminal charges being filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, the entertainer's personal physician, giving him what authorities say was a lethal dose of a powerful anesthetic on the morning of Michael's death, Joe replied, "It tells me there was foul play done and more to be investigated to see what really is behind all this stuff, not just Dr. Conrad Murray.

"Someone should pay. Not just someone but all of them should pay that was involved."
